YWCA Knoxville & the Tennessee Valley celebrated the reopening of the 100-year-old facility in downtown Knoxville on Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting. The nonprofit renamed the YWCA Nancy J. Land Center following a major construction project that took place over the last 18 months. The renovation increased resident room capacity by nearly 20% and can now provide services for 70 women in downtown Knoxville.
