Lauren Lindback joined the YWCA Knoxville and the Tennessee Valley in 2019 and serves as the Chief Program Officer. Lauren manages all victim services programming across our 6-county service area, including the Jenny Boyd Keys of Hope Women's Program, victim advocacy program, scattered-site transitional housing, and the new Anderson County supervised visitation and safe exchange program. Before becoming Chief Program Officer, Lauren served as Director of Victim Services.

Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Master’s in Social Work (Global Practice concentration) from Boston College, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. Lauren is also a Licensed School Social Worker.
