Give the Keys of Hope

YWCA Knoxville & the Tennessee Valley Keys of Hope Capital Campaign

YWCA Knoxville & the Tennessee Valley need your support for our Keys of Hope campaign. We are raising $11.5 million to renovate the nearly 100-year-old YWCA Downtown Center and expand Jenny Boyd’s Keys of Hope Women’s Program to help even more women in need.

More Than a Building: A Century of Hope

This year, YWCA Knoxville & the Tennessee Valley proudly celebrates 100 years of our historic downtown building — a true Knoxville landmark. As we look ahead to completing our long-anticipated renovation in October 2025, we are reminded that we are more than brick and mortar.

We are people. We are programs. We are a promise — to serve those in need, to stand in the gap, and to provide safety, stability, and support.

For a century, our downtown building has been a safe haven and a beacon of hope. As we restore its walls, we renew our commitment to the heart of our mission — eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.

This is more than a renovation. It’s a renewal of purpose.

Join us in building the next 100 years! Whether through a gift, a partnership, or simply by sharing our story, your support ensures that our landmark continues to be a lifeline. Together, we can continue to be the heart of hope for generations to come.

YWCA has been working diligently to secure public funding, private donations, grants and other support, and it will take the contributions of the entire community to meet the $11.5 million goal.

With your help, we know we will be successful.
