Rachel Haverkamp
Chief Executive Officer

Rachel Haverkamp joined YWCA Knoxville and Tennessee Valley in 2017 with roles of increasing responsibility as Director of Events, Director of Development, and Senior Director of Donor Relations. She is the former Executive Director of the Oak Ridge Civic Music Association and gained prior experience with the Arts and Culture Alliance.

Marigail Mullin
Chief Capital Campaign Officer

Marigail Mullin joined YWCA Knoxville and the Tennessee Valley in 2006 as the CEO and transitioned to Chief Capital Campaign Officer in 2018. Marigail leads the development and expansion of the Capital Campaign for the YWCA Downtown Knoxville building.

Chief Administrative Officer

Shelby Schilling joined YWCA Knoxville and the Tennessee Valley in May 2016 and currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer.  Shelby oversees administrative, front desk, and business operations as well as Human Resources and Club W.

Ally Diaz
Director of Social Services

Ally Diaz joined the YWCA in 2017. As the Director of Social Services, Ally oversees the Keys of Hope Women's Program and the Freedom Inside Program in Knox County.

Lauren Lindback
Director of Victim Services

Lauren Lindback joined the YWCA in 2019. As Director of Victim Services, Lauren oversees all programming and operations in Oak Ridge and Anderson County, as well as, our Victim Advocacy Program. These services include domestic violence services, scattered-site transitional housing, and supervised visitation.

Director of Phyllis Wheatley Center

Quineka Moten  joined the YWCA in 2021. Quineka serves as the the Director of the Phyllis Wheatley Center and brings with her a rich history of serving youth and our East Knoxville community.

Director of Communications

As Director of Communications, Ally Slavick is responsible for all media for the YWCA including social, print or television as well as all marketing, public relations and website development. Ally also oversees program development for GameChangers.  Ally joined the YWCA in 2017.
