Rachel Haverkamp joined YWCA Knoxville and Tennessee Valley in 2017 with roles of increasing responsibility as Director of Events, Director of Development, and Senior Director of Donor Relations. She is the former Executive Director of the Oak Ridge Civic Music Association and gained prior experience with the Arts and Culture Alliance.
Marigail Mullin joined YWCA Knoxville and the Tennessee Valley in 2006 as the CEO and transitioned to Chief Capital Campaign Officer in 2018. Marigail leads the development and expansion of the Capital Campaign for the YWCA Downtown Knoxville building.
Ally Diaz joined the YWCA in 2017. As the Director of Social Services, Ally oversees the Keys of Hope Women's Program and the Freedom Inside Program in Knox County.
Lauren Lindback joined the YWCA in 2019. As Director of Anderson County Services, Lauren oversees all programming and operations in Oak Ridge and Anderson County. These services include domestic violence services, scattered-site transitional housing, and supervised visitation.
Karlyn Reel joined the YWCA in 2015 and became the Director of Communications and Events in 2020. Karlyn manages all media for the YWCA including social, print or television as well as all marketing, public relations, as well as, event planning, coordinating, and execution.
As Director of Community and Donor Relations, Ally Slavick is responsible for administrative and operational management of the Development department including fundraising support, donor stewardship efforts, and website development. Ally also coordinates community outreach for GameChangers and serves as volunteer coordinator. Ally joined the YWCA in 2017.
Genevieve Turner began her career with the YWCA in 2020. As Director of Grants, Genevieve is responsible for developing and coordinating grant funding for the YWCA Knoxville and the Tennessee Valley. A Knoxville native, Genevieve has worked and volunteered in many areas addressing social justice needs in the community.
