Inaugural “Putt for a Purpose” Event
We are thrilled to introduce a brand-new inaugural event, “Putt for a Purpose,” hosted by YWCA Knoxville & the Tennessee Valley.
This event aims to combine fun and philanthropy by bringing together individuals and organizations to support a vital cause in our community – YWCA Oak Ridge Services.
“Putt for a Purpose” will be a dynamic family day designed for participants of all ages and skill levels. The event will feature an engaging course set up with various obstacles and challenges, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all attendees. Participants can form teams or compete individually, fostering a sense of camaraderie and friendly competition.
Proceeds from “Putt for a Purpose” will directly benefit YWCA Oak Ridge Services. YWCA Oak Ridge Services provides critical support and resources to individuals and families in need, including domestic violence prevention and intervention services, housing assistance, childcare programs, and empowerment initiatives.
By participating in this event, attendees will contribute to the ongoing efforts of YWCA Oak Ridge Services to empower individuals, eliminate racism, and promote social justice.
