Shelby Schilling joined the YWCA Knoxville and the Tennessee Valley in 2016 and serves as the Chief Administrative Officer. Shelby is responsible for the agency’s administrative needs, human resources department, day-to-day facility and business operations as well as overseeing the YWCA’s front desk department and Club W. Before becoming Chief Administrative Officer, Shelby served as Director of Business Operations.

Shelby has a Bachelor of Science in Community Health/Public Health from the University of Indiana.
