Alizza Punzalan-Randle | Chief Executive Officer

Alizza Punzalan-Randle joined the YWCA Knoxville as CEO in August 2018. She is responsible for providing the executive, administrative and program leadership necessary for the YWCA to achieve its mission.Her journey with the YWCA began with swimming lessons and Y-Teens at YWCA Knoxville and continued as a board member of the YWCA Tampa Bay and YWCA USA National Coordinating Board.

Alizza’s 20 years of leadership experience, community outreach and diversity and inclusion efforts span pediatric health care, higher education, the arts, social services and social justice issues. She previously worked at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, and recently served as state president of the Florida Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. (BPW/FL). Throughout her career, Alizza has served on numerous boards and coalitions and has spearheaded multiple collaborative initiatives involving both the public and private sectors.

Alizza earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhodes College in Memphis.
